Return & Exchange Eligibility
You can return or exchange your Jarabi product if it meets the following criteria:
Defective or Damaged: If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete: If the product received is incorrect or incomplete compared to your order.
Size Mismatch: If the size of the product does not match the size you ordered.
Please note:
Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to a "change of mind."
Product must be returned between 7 days after receiving it.
Return & Exchange Terms
Open Box Inspection: As we offer an Open Box Policy, please inspect the product carefully before receiving it.
Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
Unused, Unworn, Unwashed: The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Original Tags & Accessories: The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards (if applicable), freebies, and accessories.
Refund Policy & Process
Eligibility: If you are eligible for a refund (as per the above-mentioned eligibility and terms), we will process your refund claim after verifying the product's condition.
Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be issued within 10 working days from the date of claim.
Global Items: For global items, please allow 18-25 working days for delivery. If you haven't received the product within this timeframe and there are no unforeseen circumstances like customs delays or political obstacles, you can claim a refund.
Exchange Policy & Process
Global Items: Exchanges for global items may take an additional 18-25 working days.
Return Charges: Customers will be responsible for the return charges of the old item and the delivery charges of the new item.
